Legal Manager & Legal Officer, requirement :
5 years experience as Legal Officer for LEGAL MANAGER
3 years experience as Legal Officer for LEGAL OFFICER
Prefeferably has experience in mining industry
Corporate documents records / maintaining
Liaising with external lawyers, notary, and government institutions
Contact drafting, contract review, have ability to hand over a legal opinion
Male / Female, 25 – 35 years old
Graduate Bachelor Degree in Law
Proficient in English (oral & written)
Computer literate (Word, Excel & Power point)
Willing to travel to site
Having good analytical thinking and detail
Having strong communication and interpersonal skill
